I am a Christian, a husband, a father and a student of psychology.  I love to cook, write poetry, play with my kids and hold my wife's hand in the car.

I enjoy sci-fi shows: Battlestar Galactic and Stargate series. A few tv dramas: House; Law & Order Series; CSI; CSI Miami; Numbers and ER.  And even fewer reality shows like: Top Chef; Project Runway; Hell's Kitchen; So You Think You Can Dance; American Idol.

My life's phrase is Stay Golden: Keep it real; have integrity; be genuine and true to yourself; and be good enough for you.
